JONATHAN ROSS

Jonathan’s “800 pounds of parents” directly inspired his prolific fitness career where he is a two-time Personal Trainer of the Year Award-Winner (ACE and IDEA) and is rapidly developing brain fitness strategies to transform attitudes about exercise. MOLLY KEMMER

Molly Kemmer is a “thought leader in the health and fitness industry”, bringing broad experience from multiple leadership roles over the past 20 years, including membership sales management, organizational development, ancillary revenue program management, design and development project management, general management of multi-million dollar, multi-purpose clubs, and client liaison relationship development. Molly is passionate about fitness, wellness and advocacy, providing innovative program solutions that contribute to individual success as well as enduring business models. In addition to dual Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion, Molly continues to learn by collaborating with leaders and wellness professionals from all over the world. She provides ongoing education and content for multiple industry publications and trade associations, with a goal to teach awareness of “knowing better, doing better” to collectively improve our nation’s health in new and sustainable ways. Molly’s current professional and industry roles include Regional Director for MediFit Corporate Services, the Team SPRI advisory board, and the IHRSA Board of Directors.

BRIAN NUNEZ

Along with running a successful training center Brian speaks around the country as an Industry leader motivating coaches and clients how to deliver results in every aspect of their life. He also serves as a TEAM SPRI Board Member, SPRI Master Instructor and IGNITE360 Master Trainer and Presenter. He continues to inspire the greater Bay Area Community and has been a Lululemon Community Ambassador for 3 years straight. Brian prides himself on not just coaching athletes but being one as well. He has ran in 20+ half marathons, two marathons which include Boston and Big Sur completing the Boston to Big Sur challenge, an Ironman, GORUCK Tough challenge, and taking first place in the IDEA “I Will” Challenge which was a national fitness challenge. Brian earned his BS degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. He is certified through NASM as a trainer and performance enhancement specialist. Additionally he is certified through TRX, and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the CHEK institute. He and his wife Parisa and daughter Isabella reside in San Jose, CA. Brian played Football at San Jose State University as a free safety and was team captain his senior year. Brian earned his BS degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. He is certified through NASM as a trainer and performance enhancement specialist. Additionally he is certified through TRX, and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the CHEK institute. He and his wife Parisa and daughter Isabella reside in San Jose, CA.

JODI SUSSNER

Jodi Sussner holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Human Performance and nearly 20 years of fitness industry experience. She is the Director of Personal Training and Programming for Lift Brands International and is a Master Trainer for Mad Dogg Athletics which includes Peak Pilates, UgiFit and Kettlebell Concepts. She also holds a 200-hour RYT training through YogaFit training systems. A passionate coach and trainer with experience, enthusiasm and energy, she presents continuing education and workshop content for fitness professionals and students around the world. KEVIN HEDLEY

Kevin Hedley has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years in both the United States and Canada. He has a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa with a concentration in Exercise Physiology. His roles in the industry have included Personal Trainer, Fitness Director, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner, Fitness Equipment Sales, Strength and Conditioning Coach and IHRSA Speaker. He is currently certified as a CSCS through the NSCA and Ignite Personal Trainer and sits on the Wake County Health and Fitness Council as an advocate for health promotion. In his current role he sells fitness equipment for LifeFitness and Hammer Strength to Colleges and Universities, Resort and Hospitality Clients, Corporate Facilities and Government Services. He has a passion for working out, golf, hockey and public speaking along with spending time with his family including his wife and 7 year old son.

LESLIE GROSSHAUSER

Leslie Grosshauser - A fitness professional of over 27 years. Began teaching Group Exercise in 1984 and from that point went on to become a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Program Manager, Member Services Director and National Group Exercise Director for a large fitness chain. Leslie is a Master Trainer and Educator for several different organizations including Piloxing, NuStep, Polar, SCW Fitness and Pavigym. Leslie has been involved with program development, implementation and education for several different products and programs and has a true passion for teaching to the masses. Leslie has owned her own studio, managed Personal Training, Group Exercise and Pilates programs at several different company's in the Midwest. Leslie loves competition and proved to be a champion in 1999 when she became the 1999 National Aerobic Champion.

ROBERT SHERMAN

Robert Sherman is a Master Instructor for SPRI, Schwinn and owner of Robert Sherman Fitness, LLC.. He has 32 years in fitness as a much sought after speaker, Yoga teacher trainer and consultant for programming for studios, fitness clubs and wellness facilities and conventions throughout the US and internationally. He holds a BA degree in Business Administration and Marketing from University of Maryland, and is a Gold Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor by ACE, AFAA and ACSM.

KEN WEICHERT

Ken Weichert (a.k.a. “SGT Ken”) is an award-winning international speaker, six-time US Army Soldier of the Year, Master Fitness Trainer, Master Resilience Trainer, Counterintelligence Agent and highly decorated combat veteran. Ken has trained over 500,000 Service Members and civilians through Operation Fit to Fight, has written over 100 articles for GX®, Backpacker®, Outside®, Health®, and created the Operation Family Fit video series and fitness kits for the Air National Guard. Ken founded the longest-running Boot Camp fitness program in the United States, START Fitness®, and has starred in several best-selling fitness videos. Ken is the recipient of the Canadian Fitness Professionals 2011 “Best New Presenter of the Year” award, the EMPOWER 2013 “Male Presenter of the Year” award, and has been featured numerous times on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox news, and continues to serve as a host for the Fit for Duty show on the Pentagon Channel. Ken is a continuing education provider through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) for the Tactical Fitness Trainer (aka “Boot Camp Instructor”) course. Ken’s mission is to provide safe and effective fitness and resilience training to help people turn stress into strength and obstacles into opportunities.

ABBIE APPEL

Abbie Appel is an award-winning fitness instructor and the group fitness manager of Equinox in Miami Beach. As a consultant and master instructor for SPRI Products, and TRX, she specializes in developing unique fitness programs and providing education to fitness professionals. Abbie contributes material to fitness publications, including Self, Shape, Prevention and IDEA Journal and has choreographed and starred in over 20 fitness videos.

CHRIS FREYTAG

Chris Freytag is a nationally recognized fitness expert, speaker, and founder of GetHealthyU.com – a website dedicated to helping you “Get Better Every Day”. She is a contributing editor to Prevention Magazine and an emeritus member of the board of directors for the American Council on Exercise. Chris has authored 5 books, created dozens of fitness dvd’s, appears weekly on the Minneapolis NBC affiliate and loves teaching classes at Life Time Fitness.
