Our products are of the highest quality and are backed by market research, education and strategic alliances that generate and maintain customer loyalty. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused items (excluding CDs, DVDs, videos, audios and printed materials such as manuals, flash cards, charts, etc.) within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees). If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, please call or email us to request a free return shipping label. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns. We reserve the rights to not accept returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not accompanied by a packing slip.

Return & Exchange Instructions

1. Complete and detach the return form and include it with your return to ensure proper credit. Fill in the quantity and the reason code.

Option 1: Return with UPS Return Label

UPS Return Label return charges are as follows (they will be deducted from your order refund automatically):
Up to 2 lb. = $6.50
2.1 to 10 lb. = $9.50
10.1 to 15 lb. = $13.50
15.1 to 20 lb. = $15.50
20.1 to 30 lb. = $18.50
30.1 to 40 lb. = $22.50
40.1 to 50 lb. = $24.50
50.1 to 60 lb. = $27.50
60.1 to 70 lb. = $30.50

  • Attach the label printed on the front of your packing slip .Return packages can be given to any UPS driver or taken to any location of The UPS Store®, a UPS Drop Box, a UPS Customer Center, any Office Depot® or Staples® location, or any UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet. There is no charge to drop off a prepaid return package. The shipping charges back to us will be deducted from your merchandise refund or billed to your credit card if applicable. There will be no return charge if we sent the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged.
  • Please note: Not all orders are eligible for return with this method. This applies generally to heavy or bulky items, or items that ship directly from the manufacturer. In that instance please follow the “return on your own” instructions below.
