This precaution has been put in place to ensure the safety of all our customers. Should you have more questions in regard to this precaution please reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com and we will work with you to get you answers or the best possible solution to any concerns. During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the upmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open-shipped products, yoga mats, or weights. Please note that due to precautions taken by the warehouse team to process your returned product, returns and refunds may take up to 4 weeks to be entered into the system.
Our Most Important Goal is Your Satisfaction
We strive to create, design and provide state-of-the-art resistance exercise products, never losing sight that our most important goal is customer satisfaction. Our products are of the highest quality and are backed by market research, education and strategic alliances that generate and maintain customer loyalty. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unopened/unused items within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees). If we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, please call or email us to request a free return shipping label. A copy of the packing slip must accompany all returns. We reserve the rights to not accept returns that are in poor condition, do not have a return authorization number, or are not accompanied by a packing slip.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We'll credit or refund the value of the items returned and any taxes you were charged less the original shipping charges. Please contact Customer Relations for more information regarding our return policies. Credit card adjustments should appear within two billing cycles.
