SISSFiT 34-minute Total Body Workout

Here at SISSFit, our workout philosophy is centered upon quick and efficient workouts that can be done anytime, anywhere!  Whether you prefer to workout from home or at the gym, our workouts are sure to get your heart pumping and get you building lean muscle.  We utilize HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and circuit training for maximum results in minimal time.  We are excited to share one of our favorite Total Body Workouts from our ELEVATE guide with you all, and hope you love the burn as much as we do!

Equipment: one set of medium dumbbells, an exercise mat (the Airex Piloga mat is our favorite), and a 12-18” step bench (The Step).  We also recommend an interval timer although a basic stopwatch will work.
