Green, Blue, & Red Exercise Bands

SPRI has long been a leader in rubber-resistance products for strength training, conditioning, and rehabilitation exercises. SPRI’s entire line of resistance exercise bands and other rubber-tubing products are always put to the test out in the field where it matters most, by instructors and personal trainers at large gyms and sports facilities.

Exercise bands are popular in the industry (among both trainers and clients) because they have many different applications; they can be used by advanced exercisers for integrated strength training or the highest-energy sports conditioning, but they are also popular with beginners or those who are trying to heal their bodies after an injury or surgery. Rubber tubing is color-coded by resistance level, so it’s easy to find the right band for the job, and you can easily move up the next resistance level when your body is ready. They’re also ultra lightweight and portable workout tools, so they can be used just about anywhere, whenever it’s convenient for the user.

Superbands are thick, extra-strong, closed-loop resistance exercise bands designed for heavy-duty use. They give leg muscles a good workout, whether it’s for serious training or to rehabilitate a sprained ankle. You can also use them to provide resistance for walks, shuffles, and lunges. Xercise Bands are for all levels of fitness. The closed-loop design lets you customize your lower-body workout exercises, whether they’re floor-based or not, and they’re available as Mini Bands, which have a shorter extendability.

Flat Bands are the original rubber resistance bands used in physical therapy, for chiropractics, and for kids and seniors, but they’ve also become popular in fitness applications. Flat Bands are available in a variety of lengths and resistances, and they’re not closed-loop, which means you simply wrap the ends around your hands to achieve the desired length for the workout you’ve chosen. Choose between blue, green, and red exercise bands to increase your level of resistance and really work your upper and lower body. Flat Bands are also commonly used in conjunction with STEP platforms, Stability Balls, and other exercise tools.

All of SPRI’s resistance exercise bands come with exercise guides that demonstrate how to get the best use out of the product, plus tips on how to determine when it’s time to move up to the next rubber resistance level.
