30 seconds on, 30 second rest

10 high knees per side

  1. Start in a standing position, feet hip width apart
  2. Raise one leg at a time, bring the knee up to a 90-degree angle
  3. Switch legs, pick up pace and repeat

10 butt kickers per side

  1. Start in a standing position, feet hip width apart
  2. Raise one leg at a time, bringing the foot back, kicking your heel to your butt
  3. Switch legs, pick up pace and repeat

30 second jump rope

  1. Hold handle in each hand with the rope behind you
  2. Swing jump rope overhead and jump
  3. Pick up pace and repeat

10 plank jacks

  1. Start in a plank position with elbows stacked below your shoulders and neck in a neutral position
  2. Keep your back straight and core engaged
  3. Jump your feet out then back in and repeat
