30 seconds on, 30 second rest
10 high knees per side
- Start in a standing position, feet hip width apart
- Raise one leg at a time, bring the knee up to a 90-degree angle
- Switch legs, pick up pace and repeat
10 butt kickers per side
- Start in a standing position, feet hip width apart
- Raise one leg at a time, bringing the foot back, kicking your heel to your butt
- Switch legs, pick up pace and repeat
30 second jump rope
- Hold handle in each hand with the rope behind you
- Swing jump rope overhead and jump
- Pick up pace and repeat
10 plank jacks
- Start in a plank position with elbows stacked below your shoulders and neck in a neutral position
- Keep your back straight and core engaged
- Jump your feet out then back in and repeat
