Jeff Blue
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. This 28 year old NYC native believes we all have a purpose in life. So every thing we do must be done by his mantra “On Purpose With Purpose”. Being a former athlete, fitness has always been apart of his life. His high energy, motivation, will always help push you thru and keep your vibe checked.

Brian Miller

Brian has a Nutrition Degree from Queens and has spent the past 10 years as a lead trainer. He is NASM certerified, including the NASM strength and conditioning cert, Group training cert and Pre/post natal. He is an Instructor/personal trainer at switch playground.
Sports and competition has always been apart of me and when I got hurt going into college I turned to the weight room. Finding a way to still stay competitive with myself and helping people make a change and see what a little hard work can do is what I’m all about! Doesn’t matter where you came from, where you’re going or what your goal is, we’re here to get it done together. #teamwork
Pamela Lott
Pamela is a travel and fitness blogger from Houston, TX. Her main goals are to stay authentic to her audience and she always aspires to inspire daily! That includes encouraging a healthy lifestyle whether you are at home or on the road (sometime in the future!), pursuing your passions and a strong focus on mental health.
With simple tips on nutrition and quick workouts, Pamela incorporates fitness into everyone’s daily life and helps build body confidence now so that you feel even stronger in the future. Her favorite quick workouts include body weight fitness and ALL of the resistance bands since they can travel and be used no matter where you are.
You will often find Pamela sharing her recent travels on her blog, having doggy dance parties on her IG stories with her 3 rescues, cooking it up in the kitchen or at a sport event (which she is really missing!).
What does Pamela hope the overall take away is from her sharing her life is?

Karla Tafra
Certified yoga teacher, nutritionist, and an overall wellness coach with 10 years of international experience and a diversed portfolio of students, from professional athletes and dancers, to pregnant women and those with corporate - sedentary jobs. Karla enhances her clients’ performance by increasing their flexibility and mobility, speeding up their recovery, as well as improving their relationship with food.
