Balance Pods

Balance Pods help to improve your dynamic balance, body awareness and coordination while getting a great upper and lower body workout. You can arrange the pods with the flat side down for more stabilization or flat side up for a balance challenge, giving you varied levels of difficulty. They can be used for both lower and upper body stationary and dynamic stabilization exercises.
